Over the years many people have been searching for 5 star all inclusive holidays in Maldives.
As you would expect there are many 5 star resorts in the Maldives. These five star resorts did not want to have the title “all inclusive” associated with their hotels. So until 2009 there was no all inclusive resorts which were 5 star.
Lily Beach Resort and Spa at Huvahendhoo Maldives broke the mould by becoming the first five star resort to fill the void.
The Lily Beach staff are so happy and positive, providing a really nice atmosphere.
You can stay in a water villa which is detached, spacious, very private, fantastic view, access to the sea and your own infinity plunge pool.
Food is served buffet style (eg freshly grilled fish, sushi, local curries), and is very good quality. There is also an extensive and good quality wine list – they are not absolutely top quality wines, but very drinkable. Included in your all inclusive price is one free visit per week to the a la carte Indian/Chinese restaurant.
There are 3 bars which do good light meals/salads throughout the day and rather pleasant cocktails in the evening.
Lily Beach Resort House Reef offers a spectacular experience. The number and variety of fish, octopus, squids, turtles, rays, reef sharks and coral is simply breathtaking and with snorkeling equipment provided free you have no excuse not to take full advantage of this facility on your doorstep.
At the time of posting we found a 7 nights all inclusive holiday staying at the 5 star Lily Beach Resort and Spa Maldives for £2,084 per person. Based on selected dates in May. Other offers were available on alternative dates.
In addition to Lily Beach, there are now another couple of Maldives 5 star resorts offering All Inclusive. Sheraton Full Moon Resort and Spa 7 nights from £1929 and Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu 7 nights from £1645.
